FOAMIST is incredibly simple to use, and it works every time. SImply adding 2-3 sprays of Foamist into your cocktail shaker (at any stage) will produce a thick and stable foam for the top of any cocktail after just 10-15 seconds of shaking.

Using 3 sprays of Foamist is only 0.12ml, and does not contribute flavours or odours. Adding 3 sprays is equivalent in performance to adding one egg white (30g) or a tablespoon of aquafaba (20ml) or two drops of quillaja extract (0.40ml)
