Uniquely Australian, riberry is a member of the lilli pilli family.
Found mainly in the coastal rainforests of northern New South Wales and Queensland, ribbery berries are harvested from late November to mid January when they are ripe and sweet.
Our riberry liqueur delivers refreshing spicy flavours of clove and cinnamon, with musk and bush honey undertones.
This liqueur is outstanding as an aperitif or as a cocktail ingredient.
