Add ice to your stirrer or glass
Add 30ml (1 shot) Elderflower Liqueur
Add 30ml (1 shot) “Style 3” Gin
Add 60ml (2 shots) Soda water
Gently stir for 10 seconds to chill
Garnish with lemon slices or rind
